Access is different from traditional licensed resources.  For the PD course, each institution gets a link to their own portal. The URL can be shared with faculty and staff.  Each user sets up their own password and hand profile.  A certificate is available upon completion.  There is administrative access as well.

For the Post-Secondary Unit, a unique website is created for each institution and the URL is sent to the institution to be shared with the appropriate staff - instructors, profs, etc. The staff/prof. is prompted to create an account with their name, email and course information and provide that basic information to the vendor (can choose to skip information). Instructors share the student portal to the students directly which is managed by the instructor.  Students do not login or provide information.  No individual user tracking as is the case with the PD version.  Instructors log in only.
