Thank you for your interest in working with COPPUL. The COPPUL consortium consists of university libraries in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. In addition, affiliate university and college libraries from Western Canada and Atlantic Canada participate in e-resources licensing.
COPPUL licenses one-time perpetual purchase and subscription e-resources, including databases, e-journals, e-books, media, data, and tools. Please review the COPPUL Model License that is used as the basis for our agreements.
By working with the COPPUL Licensing Coordinator, vendors have the opportunity to present e-resources offers to institutions through a single contact for communication, trials, licensing, invoicing, renewals, and administrative issues. It is important for vendors to be aware of the COPPUL Licensing Principles and Process applied in all e-resources licensing.
