Passport Nutrition:  The average intake of 8 different nutrients on a per person per day basis is available for 54 countries. This information is also split by product category – eg how many calories are consumed specifically from chocolate each day in each country. This is particularly useful for academics, governments and trade associations who are interested in mapping dietary patterns as well as for food and beverage companies interested in health trends and whether or not they need to reformulate their products.  Nutrients covered are: Energy (calories), Protein, Carbohydrates, Sugar, Fat, Saturated Fat, Fibre, and Salt.
