In 2023-24, the Council of Prairie & Pacific University Libraries undertook a strategic consultation and planning process. We heard deep appreciation for, and commitment to, COPPUL’s key areas of work: Collective Collections, Digital Preservation and Indigenous Knowledges. Out of these conversations, a structure emerged to guide COPPUL’s work in an increasingly complex and collaborative environment and align our decisions and activities with shared values and priorities. The 2025-2028 Strategic Framework will serve COPPUL well over the next three years as we focus on renewal, resilience and relationships.
